I think he means something like, "something that can be used right now and works".

It will be available in the GUI soon, I've made some good progress today in the proposed transactions branch and hopefully I can merge it into master sometime next week.

Cool svk, you think it feasible we might all be presented with a double whammy of stealth transfers and proposed transactions in gui ?  ;D

Stealth is out of my hands I'm afraid, CNX is handling that.
