Title: What does the countdown mean? (On official home)

It is pointing 5:00 AM EST. Is it the snapshot time or network halting?

It was off by 5 hours.  Snapshot and Network Shutdown

Isn't it 9:00 AM EST? Now its 10:00AM EST
