there are tons of "freemium" models. you pay them with tokens for example but don't have to pay to actually see something.

It's a view as service.. It's all in the way its marketed.. You want to watch a trader on Wall Street do his thing? Pay a little bit per minute to see what he does. There is a market for it I think..

I love Pay-Per-View (PPV). I turn on the tube, pay a few bucks, watch the event, no commercials, turn off the tube, done deal.
I have tried repeatedly (/index.php/topic,18151.msg233015.html#msg233015) to contact the guys at Streamium to no avail.
@fran2k Can someone here please summon them for me via PM, email, twitter, etc.?
I'd like them to accept Smartcoins, and, get their UIA created/traded, ie:

I really want to show them off at the Expo:

I just emailed them, and Manuel just sent me a tweet too, so this is looking good now. I'd like Streamium to live-broadcast the BitShares Munich Expo, accept Smartcoins for the PPV'ers and help them grow their app development by creating a UIA with us. Thanx again fran2k!

Currently in touch with a company developing this + B2B white labelled streaming solutions for organizations. Basically, what they developed helps organizations set up their own netflix in a matter of minutes.
