Title: is the countdown correct?

Is the countdown for snapshot on http://invictus.io/bitsharesx.php correct? It looks like the countdown will be 0 some time in between 2/28 0:00am and 2/28 11:59pm GMT. Shouldn't it be closed at 3/1 0:00am GMT? Getting confused.

Countdown is just for dramatic effect... it should be 0 at 23:59 on Feb 28th... I haven't checked the counter (not my domain :) )
