Some note: End users might not to aware of lto share, just the rules and their chips. The disadvantage is that their might be too many chips, which could cause backward of usability?

Is LTO the abbreviation for lotto shares ?
What does "Agent" represent in the picture ?

Right, LTO means lotto shares.
"Agent" here could be business partners, merchants, or Apps who run as delegate entry, and help bring people in the DAC to play rules using their own currencies.

There has been significant progress and developments over the past several days. One of the most significant is the introduction of a random number generation scheme and random delegate selection today. This was done for two reasons: it resolves a security vulnerability discovered with sequential DPOS and it facilitates one of the more challenging parts of the Lotto DAC.
We have implemented UPNP networking.

I feel a bit bad about not commenting on your plans and work HackFisher, which might make you feel like you're talking in the void. Thing is I really find your project one of the most promising and interesting DACs, honest gambling is a real big thing I think, but I'm not a gambling man and have no opinions to give from that perspective. I do have a decent grasp of the basics in probability math and statistics, but alas that is also the reason I'm not a gambling man and don't really believe in luck.
So don't let the lack of comments discourage you, there is support for your efforts, just not much in way of opinions.

Great work, I was just trying to find out why bitshares are going up and found your project. I look forward to further updates :-)

Thanks, your words does encourage me :)
I just added a wallet ui part in the diagram, it is for the shareholders to use or play games, before agents come into exist.
Ordinary users might not want to hold shares or chips if they just care about playing games, so the wallet probable not easy or necessary for them, business agents is more friendly and users are familiar with. I wish share holders (like you and me) could encourage people to build agents or integrating existing agents to support Lotto DAC, once after DACs are ready. This is also one of the ways that we can increase our on-hand shares value.
That will be what we does for decentralize business.

IMO, this DAC is the sleeper. It has the potential to be HUGE right out of the gate. While other DACs need time to build users, BitsharesLotto will have immediate users.

We should really consider collecting facts and writing an article for the upcoming newletter! Volunteers?

I have plenty of opinions...and I think the one would work--very well-- to not only make the Lotto DAC very profitable, but also to advertise bitshares to a broader community who would appreciate them. @Hackfischer, did you get the chance to read my pm yet?

@fuznuts, many thanks for your opinions, they are very great ideas I think, especial the last one, very close the idea of the graph in OP, I was not to give the clear big picture but only an enlightening graph in OP for lacking of time. But you 'v got it I think.
There are a lot of sounds in your pm, especially about airdrops, faucet and snapshot etc. I think I did not get all of them, it would be better if you can summary them in one or two key points, I would be very grateful.
Sorry for the late reply.

once cross chain trading function been implemented then user can use bitUSD to buy chips/LTO without going through "agent".
you may need to draw this part of flow in your diagram in order to let user to have an idea for how btsX to link with your DAC from currency flow.

There would be a such agent, agents here are those program/websites providing the UI entry and bring the users in, it might be implemented by us, or 3rd.

Sure:
Step 1: Altcoins compete against one another in an "AGS-styled" donation. *DAC keeps 10% of each coin for further investment*
Step 2: The TOP 3 coins who donated most get this put in the genesis block of Lotto DAC (when it is launched)
Step 3: The TOP 3 also get snapshots of the Lotto DACs shares, like this: 1st place (15%), 2nd place (10%), 3rd place (5%)
Step 4: DAC keeps 10% of ALL coins donated (not just the top 3)
Step 5: DAC uses the other 90% of all coins donated to give to users playing the Lotto.
In this case Lotto DAC users will not only be able be playing for LottoShares, but there will also be a second prize (random rewarding of users with a random number of some of the donated altcoins).
Step 6: Launch DAC, give snapshots, watch users choose your DAC because it offers MUCH better (and more diversified) payouts.

Interesting approach, one stone two birds, airdrop and ags, is the 10% in step 4 means development funds?
The difference between this airdrop effect of this model and ordinary airdrop is that, the target of general airdrop have wide but small&free audience, but this model's target is small group of special people distributed in wide alt-coin communities.
It's hard to say which one is better, it's true that people will have more commitment if they pay for it, compared to free shares/coin( They will think it's cheap and do not take serious). And it's really hard to evaluate the effect of airdrop.
But could this kind of small group of investors can have network effect we want, can they effective spread the ideas in their community?
Besides, Why Top 3? Could this have side effect of reducing interested target investors(which means these investor need to be gamblers in some sense, which also means they may not be good investors-- :D)
One last thing, I'm thinking how could we make it more simple, I don't expect normal alt-coin holders have knowledge and concepts about all these things.
