Title: Is BitXFund Consider a DAC?

Just read an article about Bitshares X being forked. Is this consider as a third party DAC?

 I hope it would honor I3's 10 % stake .

third party DAC to 3I ? definitely not, it doesn't honor pts/ags

It is just a scam and a unnecessary altcoin version of BTS

I thought so . Just maligning the  potentials bitshares could bring ;)
