Title: can we offer fee back rebate for BTS asset?

for example, ebit create the asset ROSE,  if he success, many people send  ROSE,
BTS can earn money from this asset, include: transfer fee, trader fee ....
can we return half of fee to ebit?
this will encourage creative asset,  like prepaid card ....

It is a good idea to encourage publishing new projects on BTS platform.

Further , we may need to set up priciples to manage the whole thing in order to reduce meaningless projects and  bitassets .

We have decentralized a lot of things including the development team.  What we have not done is create any system that could be used as an affiliate system.   This would be a step in that direction.

so we are talking about a cut for the BitShares shareholders and moving that cut to the holder of an asset ..
not sure if this is in line with the decentralization idea .. but fit well into the MUSIC blockchain though
