I imported keys that were exported from 0.9.3c today (it didn't take forever like in the previous days). About 50 keys were imported via Wallet Management Console; Import Keys,

BUT, now there are about 50 accounts imported with nothing in them (no history, no balance)

What should I do now?
1) read through the migration guide: docs.bitshares.eu/migration
2) tx history cannot be recovered since we have a new genesis block
3) funds have to be "claimed" .. click the "LOOKUP BALANCES" buttom in the wallet management console

DONE. Thanks.

One more thing. I had NOTEs in the 0.9.3c wallet. I didn't see any 'MUSE' after I did lookup balances.

After reading the Migration Document I'm still confused. Should the import of MUSE (previously NOTE) be done in the same online wallet as BTS? (https://bitshares.openledger.info/) Or a dedicated Online Wallet for MUSE? I assume the latter. What is the address of this wallet (can't find it in the document)

Alright, thanks for your help!

Crap.

Can someone else confirm or deny this? I need to turn off this computer in 2 hours and go elsewhere.

5
That's cool, thanks.

Just one more important question. Can I lock the account and log off? Will the importing finish fine the next time I log in?

6
Approx time? What can be expected? Many hours or sooner?

http://docs.bitshares.eu/migration/howto-exporting-wallet.html#bitshares-1-0-full-client

Attempt to sync with the blockchain (this is only necessary with if you think that since the last time you did the syncing there have been some new transactions involving any of your accounts).

God forbid you mention that you can't sync anymore and that you put a link to the old blockchain there.

There's a link to

https://bitshares.org/download/

but 0.9.3c nowhere to be found.

Dead shmead. You knew many people were going to export things for the Bitshares 2.0 import later.

And you had syncing problems before this also.

I have to sync it again because I'm not sure there aren't incoming transactions. Where is this old blockchain to be had?

And btw in Bitshares.org download section there are directions for people to download 0.9.3c. Ofcourse you can't find the link there but that doesn't matter right?

Why did all wallets below and including 0.9.3c have Severe Network Problems shown at the Syncing bar?

Half hour in trying to sync and it's still at 66% not moving (it started at 66 when I opened the wallet)

Is the pool operational today? I'm trying to connect with both Scrypt and X11mod but it's telling me waiting for work to be available from pools.

merockstar, thanks for the good advice. I am quite covered in the backup area, I might fortify it further after all the other need to do's, but now I'm really considering the suggestion about a dedicated computer, that's not a bad idea.

Now I think i'm synchronized with what's going finally, thanks for all of the answers.

Ok then. Would anything happen if I imported DNS to BTS at this point or should I wait?

And lastly, should or can I send PlayBTS_S1 and Dec.14,2014BTS_S2 from BTER to Bitshares client?

I managed to make it work on another computer with the exact same Windows version. Something must have gotten corrupted on the previous computer with all of the Bitshares clients.

I imported .json wallet from the old BTSX into the new BitShares and it works, but why is

1. "Transaction scanning process is 0%"? The client is fully synced and it's the latest 0.4.27.1. (Forget this question. After a long time it's now 1%)
2. The balance should be scaled from the old BTS to the newest, which should be a lot bigger number, is that correct? I can't see this balance anywhere, I can only see the "old BTS" balances.
3. Should I also import the Bitshares DNS and the old PTS wallets into this new Bitshares?

I have uninstalled everything Bitshares, including Key-ID, made multiple backups ofcourse, including re-moving all of the AppData folders.

Then installed the new Bitshares PTS DPOS, can't start because of a critical error called "An error occured while trying to start.", which is who knows what.

Same applies to the latest BitShares.

I don't want to repeat this but I have no idea how to solve it.

I did and it fixed the issue for me.

Phew, great. Did you just uninstall the old PTS client or did you remove (or delete? or rename?) the AppData of PTS too?

Did you do the same for BTS X? A lot of question I know, sorry, but it would be helpful.
