With this dac - school globe - every one can upload his teaching classes , and filter of people discriminate good and bad content, and the end all the info is clasifield for anyone, every where have culture access
Educate anywhere you are, the thinking of this DAC is not only like wikipedia or books, it allow videos with professors teaching and linked notes. Masterclasses. Can put records of practics for medicine or wherever tutorials etc.. Can be used too to purpose intelectual championsleage with compensation
The token of DAC -- Cognition -- like BTS
The asset of DAC --- Recognition --- like BitUSD
The intentionality is that you can learn whatever you want whereever you are like you are in better colleges, universities, Masternodes, investigation modules
yeah is much big. maybe real best schools or universities like to have his own delegates and promote his teachers.
How about having an asset where each unit is a multiple choice question for a specific course, field of knowledge etc.
You buy a hundred tokens, solve, and keep the solved ones as a proof of passing the test (the incorrect ones are waisted/burned).
Someone can hire an educator and specify the TestToken to assess the quality of service. The educator's reward depends on the percentage of solved TestTokens.
Anyone can write these TestTokens. Their quality could be checked by ratio of solved/unsolved.

Sounds like a Wiki, DAC, and sounds pretty interesting... would like to see this come together.

You will need a ThoughtLicense though, to operate this DAC. Winston and Julia style. Simple, no hassle to obtain, just simple requirements are proposed:
a) a background check of all employees, relatives and pets
b) fingerprint and footprint submissions
c) a bond held in BitGold, and also in BitSilver (BitOil up for discussion)
d) 20 years of record keeping
e) mandatory 'real-time' reviews via telescreen
f) full disclosure of material thought risks

im talking about tokens not coins
All Tokens ("ThoughtTokens") will require a ThoughtLicense, even if the user of the token does not reside on the same planet as the recipient of the thought.
