Seems Protoshares are a dying breed. Far less people mining, price dropping etc etc. The most laughable part is noone is still posting profitability calculatons.
I thought u were a supporter and even offered helps to Dan/wanted to work for a certain component of the project?
Now that ProtoShares have largely been distributed, we would like to announce the formation of the ProtoShares Stakeholders Group. This group will be restricted to those who have over 1000 PTS and would like to work with Invictus Innovations to increase the value of your shares. We have some major plans in the works and would like you all to be involved.
Please send me a PM or contact us via our website so we can add you to this mailing list. We are all partners now in the success of ProtoShares and we can do more by working together.
I had a bit of a cursory glance to see if there are any BT exchanges in SA and noticed they exist. Was weighing up putting all my cash for when I head over there into a crypto then withdrawing it over there in RAND as it could be cheaper then exchanging the traditional way here.
The value of PTS is based upon the future value of the DAC ideas that Invictus is developing. The current value of PTS equals its price. That's what the price is.
You can only hope that PTS's value will rise because of other DACs.QuoteAnyone seeking a profit can make more mining and selling than by a 51% attack. This may be true today. This won't be true in March. Or whenever the block reward is going to be like 1 PTS.
Profitable mining ends *very* fast. That's the way you designed this coin.
Value drives price, price doesn't drive value. Today's price factors in all risks / rewards.
