Because there seems to be a rule where every project which wants to help Bitshares must screw over the BTS price. Moonstone? Gotta sell BTS and raise $130k worth of BTC.
This? Couldnt possibly just buy BTS with their money and use it to short themselves some bitUSD. Nope, that might help the BTS price.

In our case the cost to acquire a new user is currently well over $100, we need to find a way to fund that while lowering costs.
Congrats on selling BTS down to its lowest price ever to fund moonstone.
Its going to be so great when moonstone gives us a 20% rise when it comes out, after driving the price down 50% for the funding. Yep, so awesome.

Whereas I dont have the time to list what we have that Dash does not.
If kind of screenshot, or demo video is provided in pace with the launch, it would be better. People still cannot believe why Moonstone is important and how it is awesome.

I think a row of videos and giving more visual importance to the potential 15% return might be super important.

^ This. No offence, but at this point there's no actual video showing anything that works (as far as I know), and no publicly accessible source code. The more you can show people to convince them it isn't vaporware, the more comfortable they'll be contributing.
Once you're used to the transaction speed in BitShares it's really scary to go back to using other cryptos!
I was moving a fairly large value in another system (naming no names) and it was stressful - I was waiting for transaction confirmation and it just felt like something had fucked up.
Adopting BitShares is a bit like moving from standard definition T.V. to high definition - "Oh, this is good!"
Then when you're accustomed to H.D., if you ever use S.D. again you think, "Oh my word! What is this shit!?"
One more stupid question. If there is no block explorer for Bitshares how do I prove that I made a payment to someone?
