Title: Prior to the 2.0 release, do I need to remove all my orders from the DEX?

Before the oct 13 date, do I need to remove all my orders from the internal decentralized exchange?  Like buy and sell orders for Brownies, Notes, etc?

What about bitassets?

The docs are now at docs.bitshares.eu/migration

Alle orders (except open shorts) will be closed/not migrated
