I just sent some BTS to my delegate acc (stopped publishing feeds as had insufficient BTS?).
The balance is not updating on delegate.
Am I doing something wrong?

When you enable block production on a delegate, the client stops scanning for new transactions.

wallet_set_transaction_scanning true
