General Discussion / Can I buy BitUSD on Bter and convert it over to BTSX?

Since BitUSD is selling at a "discount", would it be better to:
a) buy actual BTSX from Bter
b) Buy BitUSD on Bter -> send to wallet -> convert to BTSX
Or do I have the dynamics wrong? My head hurts.
