Title: Deposit of SBD through openledger gateway doesn't work

Hi there,

I have a problem with a deposit of 50 SBDs through the openledger gateway. The SBDs did not arrive in my bitshares wallet since 2 days.
I also contacted the opensupport@blocktrades support, as being mentioned inside the app.

A nice guy named Dan told me, that blocktrades-support is not responsible anymore and that a guy named Serge from openledger handles it now.
He also forwarded my mail to him, but I'm still waiting for any response since then.

You can find the details of the transaction in my steemit post (http://bit.ly/2w9kQoK), that I wrote about it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what's the actual problem? you've been told that openledger support is taking care of it

I'm sorry if I sound impatient, but I did not receive any answer from openledger support yet (after 4 days).
A message like: "We received your support-request and will take care of it. Please be patient.", would make things much more relaxed.
