Title: Coinbase's Toshi Node Needs More Currency Support
Post by: donkeypong on September 24, 2014, 07:38:45 pm
If (When?) Coinbase adds other cryptos, they may well use this Toshi.io thing that Charlie Lee works on. He recently posted that other currencies are easy to add as long as someone can do the work to plug them in and provide support. If we want BTSX and/or BitUSD to be among the first round of cryptos available on Coinbase (again, if and when that opportunity comes), it might be wise for someone to invest a little time on this. Not being a programmer, I have no idea how much work this would represent, but it could be one heck of a great opportunity.

I can't see any feature that cannot be implemented as RPC call to the default client .. acctually most of toshi's features already is built-into bitsharesx wallet
