Title: BTSX wallet not opening

My BTSX wallet no longer open when I try to run it. I had an old version 04.5 or something like that, so I have just installed the 0.4.20 version to see if it solve the problem but still it doesn't working, nothing happen when I try to launch the wallet :(
What could I do?

Useful to suggest which operating system you are using. If Linux, then try launching from the terminal and see what that suggests.. that might also work in Mac and maybe even Windows terminal launch will barf feedback.

I am using Windows 8.

Here what I see when I click on the icon for version 0.4.20

From there the image stay forever and when I try to click somewhere the image disappears.

When I launch with the command line the same thing happens, it changes nothing.

I don't have Windows but I wonder that if you left it for a moment the Starting BitShares would switch to reindexing and that can take a while on first pass.
