Title: Please provide links for wallet binaries other than github and SHA checksum

As the download speed of github could be extremely slow in china, please provide alternative links in other hosts like btsx wallets. Also, please provide SHA checksum of these binaries, so that we can download and share them safely.

When i was downloading the exe file, it was amazon's link..?..maybe i didn't see it clearly.
I tried n times,  at last, i used my vps in japan to download it, then scp to local.

The speed is only 7KB/s - -
