Title: Ver 0.4.12 kicks out this error

Running on Win7 64 bit - "The version of this file is not compatiable with the version of Windows you are running"

Is there a 64 bit version of 4.12 hiding somewhere?

Try this version: https://github.com/dacsunlimited/bitsharesx/releases/download/0.4.12/BitSharesX-0.4.12.exe. Works for me on Win 8 64bit. This is the 32 bit version, which can also be used in a 64 bit OS. The current 64 bit version is broken as far as I have heard.
