Can you add one or both to the todo list?
I know said list is long as it is.

Deleting accounts was not supported because it could cause loss of funds... but we should have a way to "disable and hide" accounts. This is currently relatively low on priority list.
Yeah I really think this is a great idea.
I was a bit frustrated with marketing earlier today, given BTSX trading so much below donating price, but everything you want for marketing is actually there. I think Brian & others have done a great job. BitShares-X.info is looking ice cool. Great videos, Good Youtube & Facebook. Hugely popular forum. BitShares.org and DACsunlimited also good.
This is the only thing we missed, which is what everyone else does, is making the effort to create that presence on BTT. (& perhaps Reddit too.) So making the effort to specifically divert traffic there is important.
What do people think about doing a '(BTSX) BitShares X - Official Thread' as the main one started by one of the devs? (That seems to be the kind of format guys like NXT for example use.)
What other threads should there be?
Also do people think we should be on alternate cryptocurrencies https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0 or Alternate Cryptocurrencies sub section announcements https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0
To me it makes sense to be on the first, but the announcement one does seem to move at a mile a minute, so much traffic there.
We were tough in the interview, Daniel did very well and I'm quite pleased with the resulting work regardless of the process that brought us here.
Major kudos!
Ok listened to it. Thanks Adam & co! Yeah some challenging questions, but I thought it was fair. Fantastic, interesting interview covered a lot of ground. I thought Daniel was GREAT!
On the other hand I think you must be a very good trader in cryptos so the last two weeks I am starting to read very carefully your trading advices...
It helps if you own enough to move the markets. The rest of us are at the mercy of people like Simeon!
QuoteI just saw your name as - 'stefanopodopolis' .Please do not blame me if this is way off, just sounded way Greek to me.hahahahaha....
I have changed my user name at some point since I was pissed off because someone squatted Zeus in BTSX but then I thought it will further confuse people so I changed it back...Quote' common Greek behavior ' refers to the fact that in Europe, Greeks are known as pretty good/slick traders.
so I interpreted your words as a negotiation/trade tactic.
I bet they are...I am doing just fine in usual stock trading and forex...With crypto it is another story...I am really bad at day trading and inexperienced so I end up to be a bag holder...Although I don't feel bad about it since most likely in the long run by the time the rest discovers cryptos we will all be just fine...

CNY volume outstrips BTC/BTSX volume 2/3 to 1, I don't think there is a single DAC/Coin where CNY/ volume even matches BTC/ 1 to 1. On the one hand it is fantastic that we have appealed to the Chinese market much more than anything else out there but it also points at our failure to reach the English/Western market imo.
PTS /CNY has had bigger (sometimes 10x bigger) volume than PTS/BTC since at least March.
And believe it or not, not everything is marketing/PR. In very few occasion the rational for things is called market. I know it comes somewhat as a surprise to you Empirical1.
I know it has bigger volume for a while. I have been bringing up that subject PTS/CNY for a while.
I know there are many investors who know very little about markets. One even thought the range for BTSX would be $2-15 million... I tried to buy from him at $21 million but he wouldn't sell
It didn't take very long for someone to spam the main account directory with a gravatar image of a naked woman.
I have filed a ticket to get a G-rated filter placed on that so that should be out in the next release.
Someone has also decided to spam the accounts with names like "a---------------------------------------1".... we appreciate the fees, but it is clearly an indication that people value getting listed on the main page. Enough to spam the network. This suggests to me that we should change a fee and sort accordingly.
A big win for the shareholders and a reduction of spam accounts on the main directory page.
I haven't activated any of mine yet, and I have quite a few. I am not that technically proficient and I am waiting for more bugs to be ironed out and more ease or use to be apparent.
Note: I think we should do it after the next bug fix release of the wallet.
The majority of my BTSX is on bter waiting for the ability to withdraw. I'm sure my stake isn't that large compared to others on there. It's early days yet.
