About 2.5 billion to start.

Then slowly increasing depending on how many paid delegates there are.  Maximum possible inflation is 6.3%, actual inflation will be a lot less than that because there wont actually be anywhere near 101 paid delegates.

There will be 101 paid delegates ... but most will only have a few percent payrate ..

I was using bytemaster's wording.   Paid delegate meaning those getting higher than normal pay.
The standard 3% pay delegates dont inflate much at all.

The max percentage rate automatically tapers off.
If share issuance ran at the max possible rate of 50 every block it would be about

6.3% in year 1
4.0% in year 10
2.9% in year 20
1.5% in year 50
0.9% in year 100

Of course, by then that small percentage would still amount to a development and promotion budget of several quattuordecillion USD per year.

This almost makes me think you have been playing a certain silly flash game.  Where the amount of dollars you make actually gets up that high.
