(not ready yet - i  was playing with this design direct after the MUSE launch)

Unlike other attempts to create a database...

I was musing.
What is the demographics for the artists most likely to sign on to Peertracks?
Does that demographic translate into substantial record sales and fan base size?
Does the imagery on Peertracks.com take these factors into consideration?
What is the core psyche of the artists Peertracks is mainly targeting, if any?

Maybe supplant the old school, Morrisonesque image on the Peertracks webpage with multiple images reflecting various music gendres (e.g. rock, hip-hop/rap, pop, country, electronic, world). Collage, slideshow or fade images.

just tryed to import my bitcoin PK to redeem IPO notes...
but without success...
i have win 7 64bit
i used dumpprivkey <bitcoinaddress> who reveals the private key corresponding to <bitcoinaddress>.
then i put the PK here:

but without succes...
i click on "DONE" and i get a blank page.
 :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X
no tips to fix this issue?

I tried copying and pasting exported Base58 private key in its normal display format:
5Kb8kL f9zgWQ nogidD A76MzP L6TsZZ Y36hWX MssSzN ydYXYB 9KF
This gave me the dreaded blank page of death.  :(

Used this instead (removed spaces):
5Kb8kLf9zgWQnogidDA76MzPL6TsZZY36hWXMssSzNydYXYB9KF
Successful import.  :)

FYI, private key used above is fake (from bitcoinwiki page).

hi particle!!!
how do you get 51bit Base58Private key from your wallet who start with "5"?
i'm able to extract just 52bit private key who stars with "L" or "K"!!!!

Sorry, I never used Bitcoin-qt wallet.  Armory wallet gives various options as to what format(s) and info to export.  I would imagine same is similar for your wallet, maybe.

hum...
there is something who i'm not understanding!
how to export in  Base58 format from qt-wallet?

your key, ok for fake :-), is 51byte...
mine is 52bite!!!
and i have not blank space in the string!!!

where is the mistake!!!
can you help me to understand!!!
thanx!!! :-)

From bitcoinwiki:
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Private_key#Base58_Wallet_Import_format
For private keys associated with uncompressed public keys, they are 51 characters and always start with the number 5 on mainnet (9 on testnet).
Private keys associated with compressed public keys are 52 characters and start with a capital L or K on mainnet (c on testnet).

I'm not a bitcoin expert but I think you want the private key type that begins with the number 5 and is 51 characters in length.
Not sure if Muse handles importing both formats.  Maybe someone else can verify.
FWIW I exported from an Armory wallet.

DAC PLAY / Re: Stuck at 76%
« on: October 30, 2015, 06:10:05 am »
I installed DAC PLAY 0.3.3 (Windows 7).  Synchronization stuck at 76%.  Deleted all DAC PLAY subfolders (except wallet), synced again. Same results. 76%.

Any help appreciated.

So here's what I did to fix my problem.
I acquired Play shares back during pre-sale days.
They went into my Amory wallet as a BTC.
Downloaded DAC PLAY 0.3.3 Client and installed on my Windows 8.1 64-bit machine.
Client would not sync.
So I needed to use play_client.exe (C:\Program Files\PLAY\bin\play_client.exe) to get to sync.
First I created shortcut onto desktop.
Edited Properties-Shortcut-Target to:  "C:\Program Files\PLAY\bin\play_client.exe" --server --rpcuser=username --rpcpassword=password --rebuild-index
Next right clicked shortcut, Run as administrator.
Rebuilding began (resyncing blockchain).
Used info command several times to verified block progress.
When done, exited with stop command.
NEXT STEP VERY IMPORTANT.
Removed --rebuild-index argument from short cut target:  "C:\Program Files\PLAY\bin\play_client.exe" --server --rpcuser=username --rpcpassword=password
(Or can just delete the shortcut).
Opened DAC PLAY 0.0.3 Client. Now syncing.
Created account.
Imported private key (Base 58 format) that I exported from my Armory wallet.
