Title: Had some PTS in ypool account on Feb 28

Because of the 1PTS withdrawl limit, I had some PTS in my ypool account on Feb 28 when the snapshot was taken. I know Bter took a snap shot of its customers' balance to be used to redeem BTS in the future. Does anyone know if ypool did similarly?

Probably not.  I noticed that 1gh seemed to freeze payouts as the snapshot time approached.  They didn't pay out until several hours after the snapshot was complete, and I had accumulated a balance of .37
