Yes this is true, but still I can't understand what you guys think is wrong with that.
Actually this http://bytemaster.github.io/article/2016/03/27/How-to-Launch-a-Crypto-Currency-Legally-while-Raising-Funds/ makes the whole "80% argument" invalid, did anyone bothered to read this?
btw I spent almost a total of 24 hours unsuccesfully trying to mine, the closest I got was to a 60-80% compile, lol, but I did not let my initial frustration to cloud my judgment.
