Title: I just noticed there is an LTB:BitPTS asset.

It is not yet collateralized.  Now that it is listed how does one trade with it?

BitPTS is a user-issued asset not a bitasset: http://bitsharesblocks.com/asset/info?asset=BITPTS

I thought they disallowed IUAs starting with 'BIT'?

They did, but that was after some had already been registered.

I looks like all UIAs starting with BIT mimicking MPAs got deleted. Since PTS in not an MPA, BitPTS survived.
