Still can't extract the .img file to write to SD card because it says its 734 PB.

I think one of the disconnects with the UI from the beginning has been that BM, the dev team and other high profile contributors are generally using OSX or Linux on machines with lots of available RAM...whereas many end users are using consumer windows machines that would not be considered "developer grade". (I could be completely wrong about this, just my impression from reading the forum for the past 12 months).

1.) I don't think BitUSD will be a 1st, 2nd or 3rd option for ETH holders looking to cash out (although it certainly should be)

2.) If speculators see a significant ROI on their ETH would there be enough BitUSD available to be attractive?

Or speculators could win big on ETH and want to double down on BTS :-)

Have no clue if I formatted that right from a smartphone. For the record - reading the discussion about how to record who attended the mumble made me feel like I was in a Monty Python sketch.

When I try to extract the IMG file prior to imaging to an SD card, it says its 734 PB?

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

related project https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,17297.0.html

Cool project.  Will try to work with someone to set up a Raspberry Pi node.

I have a RPI2 and the witness node image made for raspbian...just getting into it today, following instructions from the other thread.

Have the BPTS been distributed for last week's mumble attendance yet?

General Discussion / BTS 2.0 release date predictions
« on: July 19, 2015, 08:16:42 pm »
In a different thread recently Bytemaster said this month (July) for the test net. Would be great to see but I would rather it be as polished as possible first. Plus it sounds like Dan, Stan et al have some background discussions going on with potential partners which may take some time to mature as well. I think there is probably a fine line between pushing it too soon and releasing it too late. I just hope they/we get it right. Generally, I feel optimistic about this, whenever the actual date turns out to be.

I was there and asked a question about reputation systems, which Bytemaster answered.

Fully support this Xeroc. You are an irreplaceable asset for BitShares.

A pejorative drawing of a Jewish person with an oversized nose and a yarmulke, rubbing his hands together...on a slide about merchants...right above the logo for BitShares MUNICH....I wonder how hilarious a Jewish person would find this?

WE are all paying for this marketing effort folks....delegate.kencode currently 83/101.
