Fantastic work. It's great to see this moving forward out of concept and into construction. Will the Bitshares login support the light client?

This is great. It's a thankless job, because you'll have to keep margins low, and it will pay off only when you are doing some volume. Can you have the metals drop-shipped by a wholesaler or do you have to box up Eagles in your garage? Either way, I'm sure we all appreciate your work.
True, I guess I should ask in another way. How could someone that would like to buy silver off the site, but don't currently use or have access to bitSilver (aka they have no clue about BitShares), be able to acquire bitSilver to purchase the product? Are you planning to funnel those people to the BitShares wallet download for them to be able to pay via bitSilver?I hope I'm making sense LOL. I'm at work and need to type quickly, busy day here.
Way to Go Gentso!Curious question, obviously you'll be reaching out to anyone and everyone who buys silver in the regular market, so whats your plan/idea to get them to use bitSilver for payment for the products sold on the website? Do they need to go the traditional wallet route, or is it planned to use a Lite Wallet/Shapeshift.io.

I think it's kinda ironic we got this going before we got something working for fiat.Nonetheless.. with the bunker and our Bank of Canada vault that we plan to line with safety deposit boxes both for documents, valuables, and cold storage data, it is often suggested by some that it would be a great place for storage of gold and silver and other precious metals as well. You get the protection of a nuclear bunker, combined with a safe, and of course we would make the necessary legal work to ensure the utmost in trust and protection. Not trying to hijack the thread or anything.. I think this is all awesome.. the subject of storage and where to send it was mentioned so I thought it might be worth it to get a sense of interest. In terms of fees.. we might be able to 'bundle' it somehow with data services from DSN or some other arrangement as well to save on that. Any feedback is appreciated. Otherwise.. how do you store it? Regardless of my inquiry.. love this work.. good job! Thanks, we should talk more. I am very excited about the bunker and would like to offer a gold storage feature if customer's were interested in that option.

The land of silver could really use some bitSilver.I am finding that each country presents its own unique obstacles, with that being said we will support the above countries at launch and work to add as many as legally possible.

Happy to see this getting started!Hope we can have both bitgold and bitsilver fully liquid when the service launches.
This is awesome In the UK you have to pay 20% VAT on Silver purchases though How're you handling that?
Awesome! Is this something you're personally building, or a business partnership you've been developing as a BitShares delegate?
