right now bitcoin has a ~6.5 billion market cap, but only like half of the bitcoins that will ever exist are in existence. so theres some inflation thats still to happen in bitcoin. if the market cap didn't change (it will likely go up though), the price would half eventually.
btsx has no inflation, so that makes the math for it easier. assume 2 billion (its less than that cause delegates destroy btsx, but 2 billion works for napkin math).
so to equal a dollar, btsx would need a market cap of 2 billion.
2 dollars = 4 billion market caps
how much needs to be invested to make a 500 dollar btsx?
500*2billion = 1000 billion, or 1 trillion dollars.
a gigantic number.
when the market cap of btsx = that of bitcoin currently (~6 billion), a btsx would then equal about 3 dollars each.
in other words... don't hold your breath for a 500 dollar btsx anytime soon.
