Is there a way to create a private github, so that interested people could help with editing / proof reading?

b) Is there a review process involved, and if so by whom?

Currently not but i would be happy to let it review by any committee member who would be willing to do the review
 

c) Can editors invoice for their work?

Not directly,the invoice will be from a company which has longterm contracts with editors for most news websites.
Making a direct deal with an editor would be more expensiv.

d) I assume all invoices will be publicly available?

Invoice for seperate editors work will be shown to committee to not publish their custome rates in public

e) How many articles will your worker produce?

This would be considered a direct attack to a high ranked member who wants to increase feedprice ,lower MSSR to 1 so no margin call will get eaten anymore.
You are against long debt holders.You are an enemy.Making sure margin calls won't get eaten anymore gives debt holders security and will increase debt aka liquidity /irony off.

Btw the chinese forum has a nice thread why people with low price feed gets bashed.
First lower MCR than increase price feed and at the end lower MSSR to 1.01 with final goal 1.00 .

Checking the result of reducing the MCR now it seems there was no bigger impact at all.
Price of BTS increased by arround 5% new debt increased by 3%.

I revoked my vote to not reduce MCR to 1.6 to protect investors debt who have decreased it near 1.6 since it was close to get voted in but still uphold the claim that the timing of reducing MCR was bad.
