Maybe I've missed some things lately. But how did you come up with the $300 dollar a day salary?

Ok, taking one for the team.
Coinmarketcap back to normal in 3 2 1.....

Edit: apparently BTER's formula is a little bit more complicated, the price stays at 75 usd. Although I did a huge $2 dump at $2 price

Their current formula is simple, and to be honest justified.

They weigh each market with their volume and take the average.

The daily volume of XCP is extremely low under 1K USD.
And the trading in the 70 usd neighborhood went on for approx 30 minutes, resulting in a 156 usd volume.

But if you want to change it now, you can buy into my sellorder at 25 usd  ;)

No, it's sort of legit.

Some idiot bought XCP at a price of 75 usd. On the bter XCP/usd market.

Since XCP has a very low volume, the averages make this price.

Sorry guys...not attention grabbing, just wanting to bitch outloud on here because the wife is asleep.

Odd thing though...complaining doesn't make it any better :/

There should be some really funny joke this could be turned into...but even laughing hurts :P

Well at least, you now have some bass in your voice.  ;)
Mumble sessions with Barry White, if that doesn't take us mainstream, I don't know what will.

LOL, what a joke. The only garanty DVS has made, is that it will be on of the most unstable wallets in the crypto space. And that theft by third parties like exchanges is tolerated. Yes, I foresee the markets to be filled with non-stop 100 BTC buy walls.

I really don't understand why people complaining about the allocation of something that has absolutely no value other than testing like devshares. This could have been airdroped to any coin...To my understanding Devshares have no value.

It has symbolic value.

It shows that the devs still consider PTS/AGS to be things to sharedrop on.  But we thought that the reason we were giving 7% of BTS to AGs and PTS in the merger was so that in the future, everyone would sharedrop to BTS instead.  And yes, I mean EVERYONE.    We thought that we were buying out the social consensus and replacing it with a new social consensus of sharedropping to BTS.

I would not have supported the merger if I had known how it would end up.  It turned into a betrayal of BTS holders.  We should only have merged with DNS and VOTE, not PTS/AGS imo.
PTS should be dead, and all sharedrops should go only to BTS in the future.  Our community is still fractured because this is not the case.  We were supposed to be buying community unity, and instead we bought betrayal.
How can BTS merge with VOTE? The only way to do this is by share dropping on PTS/AGS, also the DNS situation during the merger discussion is a reason to share drop to AGS/PTS

They can merge with vote by doing exactly what they did.

The problem is that we also paid significantly more to merge with PTS/ATS, but then in the end DIDNT MERGE WITH THEM, because they didnt go away, and we didnt switch to sharedropping to BTS as a social consensus.  We ended up paying for nothing.
The way I recall it is we paid for the merge with vote. This whole mess started when it was said that VOTE could potentially outgrow BTS. And since VOTE would have most of the BTS features, it could make BTS worthless. This was the main reason for the merger, and thus share dropping to AGS/PTS

PTS is indeed a gift that keeps giving.
It has given a Christmas gift to AGS/BTS/PTS holders in the form of this thread.

With all the concerns about the DVS snapshot it is clear that DVS has non 0 value.

This is getting nuts. I am starting to doubt my investment.

You are not the only one...This community used to be united...We used to have one goal and now we start dividing and competing... We have lost many early supporters and we create confusions all the time to new and old investors...

We better do something about that quickly or else we WILL become like the rest of the shitcoins out there and once we go down that road and get stigmatised like another coin that got pumped for 1 week after 1 year of waiting and dumped thereafter, then there is no coming back no matter how great BTS could have been...

Now this is the time to start building confidence again people...

Just wait 2-3 days and let the developers take some time off from the heat. Then we make a thread demanding that bitshares delegates only test on a BTS-sharedrop-only testnet. We can also ask for the official newsletter not to mention PTS (like the Chinese already did) and ask for the PTS forum to be removed. This situation can easily be fixed and isn't a big deal, there's no need to panic.

I think the underlying reason why people are freaking out in this thread has nothing to do with PTS, but is caused by frustration with the lack of marketing and low market cap.

The situation with PTS can easily be solved. The developers will listen to us, their stakeholders, just like they have always done.

Marketing will start in January, and it's gonna be good. EUR and USD Gateways will be coming too.

Don't panic.

However I do hope that decisions like PTS censorship will be voted for on the blockchain. And not just by the guys who are active on this forum.

I seriously don't understand what all the fuzz is about. PTS is the first (crypto) share drop token (created by III) and pretty damn effective at it. If anything the PTS succes, should be a motivation for BTS holders.

Just let me publish a feed for all the entries on coinmarketcap...
