Hi I used btc38.com to sell some PTS yesterday and withdraw BTC before it went down but BTC never arrived.
Now I need someone to contact customer service on the site as I dont understand chinese to see why BTC did not arrive.

“已到账” — This means the btc38.com has already sent your the btc.

Yes i did. It worked 3 times before but not forth time as site went down and transaction did not go through.
Yes it says that transaction went through but I did not receive BTC.

OK. If you need, I can make a phone call to the customer service for you and check whether there was something wrong.

From the screen shot, there were two withdraws. Serial number 40683 and 40717.
You mean you already received the BTC of 40683 and the 40717 didn't? Just in case the customer service ask me about this.

Hi Terens, they said the ID number is also needed for they to check the status.
I am sure you can find your ID number in the top right corner near your website name. Can you give me that please? maybe in the PM.

Hey, I was wondering if you where having an issue with depositing pts into btc38, I deposited some and they confirmed in the blockchain, is there a long wait time to deposit PTS or did mine just not work?

I'm not worrying much about that, I'm expecting a big crash of BTC back to 400-500$; so sold some for CNY (at the crazy price of 6800 CNY, or about $1100) :)

Was wondering if I could get any help here, sent about ~0.18 btc from btc38 to mcx now about 3 hours ago and it has yet to show up in my wallet. Network being slow? btc38 clogged with traffic?

I see there still no confirm now :) I called to ask them for the situation and they suggest to wait for a while since there are lot of transactions in the past 24 hours maybe the Bitcoin traffic is too busy.

Since there are more and more complaints here, I talked with the custom service of BTC38.com and ask them whether they have any English service right now.
They give me the English Service QQ ID. 46514171
If you don't familiar with the QQ. You can download it here(http://www.imqq.com/ (http://www.imqq.com/)).
It's the biggest instance messenger software used in China and developed by Tencent.

The btc38 site seems like a good place to trade if you can deal with the google translation of the site. Their is a lot of liquidity on this exchange.
The problem comes when you try to withdraw funds.
I have done 5 withdrawals tonight from my account.
3 to xpm address
2 of these arrived immediately, one of them timed out after hitting submit button. It has not arrived and does not show up under transfers at bottom of account page. Also does not show up as XPM funds at all.
2 withdrawals to btc address
1 withdrawal went fine and arrived within 1 minute or so.
1 withdrawal timed out similar to the xpm withdrawal error. it has not arrived in several hours and also does not show under account balances or withdrawal history. This is very distressing as this withdrawal is 1.97BTC missing.
It appears that the site is overloaded or something and they have a bug in the withdrawal code. If you don't get a pop up window after clicking the withdrawal button then your transaction is likely gone into never - neverland.
I have spent the last hour trying to get connected to support via the QQ messenger. I tried windows first... it just crashes on my windows 7 box. the mac version is working.
Once connected to support they were slow to respond. Maybe about 30 minutes. Once they responded.... they immediately found the lost transactions and sent the funds.
So the story ends well. If you want to trade here I suggest you have a strong stomach and interest in learning Chinese!

Most people their use QQ accounts to login. So it is complicated. Registration at qq.com is not easy.

Then click on the button I post, you'll be asked whether allowing btc38 using your QQ id to login or not.

Yes I see that and it brings me to a login page.
I think the next problem will just be finding me way around the site, doing deposits, withdraws etc.

I have the same problem, all my BTC withdrawals were instant, until one that said successful, but never came. That was 2 days ago. I tried all manner of things and got no answer on any of the QQ support contacts. I now see the english qq account linked in this thread, so I'll give it a try. The missing withdraw does not show up in my transaction history, or of course my balance, but trade history shows how I obtained it. Very frustrating :(

Well, good and bad news. It sounds like all issues get resolved, but they are issues and apparently their system is "losing" transfers out for some reason.

Their Official Custom Service QQ was stolen. So you should be more careful when you contact with them using QQ.

The Site down? I withdrew about 36 pts from there last night and the withdrawal was saying it was "lapsed". Not sure what that means but I haven't received any pts and now I can't log on to their site. If anyone knows where we could find any info on this it would be appreciated.

Not quite sure. I guess you should contact the customer service for the detail about your withdrawal if you still haven't receive your PTS :D

I found an ticket submit entrance link(http://www.btc38.com/trade/cs_qaa.html (http://www.btc38.com/trade/cs_qaa.html)) from the site. But It always be redirected to the trade page(http://www.btc38.com/trade.html (http://www.btc38.com/trade.html)). Seems something not right here. :(
