Currently the price feeds serve as protection from shorting below the "real" price.
Is it OK to assume that if the feed is higher than the "real" price for a while it is not a big deal.
And if the feed is lower than "real" price it should be instantly updated?

Yes

Should we establish a standard price feed update frequency? Surely every delegate should be updating it whenever they get the chance, not just once a day.
At 0.1btsx/feed update, would it be unreasonable to ask delegates to imediately publish feeds every time they publish a block?
What's the consensus on this issue?

Delegates could publish feed at any time. They dont need to wait for their timeslot. With such low transaction fee for the price feed it might be beneficial if delegates publish feed as soon as the price on the other markets changes downwards. Upwards movements could still be published at regular (larger) intervals.
