Sorry if this has been answered.
I can't seem to get the 9.2 version of the wallet ever connect and sync.
Shows the proper value in the account but constantly displays "severe network problems".
Any suggestions appreciated.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? You may be on a fork, beyond a checkpoint.
Checking within the client, what's the last block number, and who produced it?
-
Easiest first thing to try is to delete all current state and try syncing from scratch. Assuming you are on Windows, close your client and do the following:
you might need to resync the blockchain
go to %APPDATA%\Roaming\BitShares and delete all folders *EXCEPT* the wallets folder .. and restart the client ..
Then see if you can get connections after starting again.

Sorry. Have no idea what you are talking about. Where?

In Windows Explorer, you should be able to enter the path:
%APPDATA%\Roaming\BitShares
Inside that folder, you should see some folders like "chain" and "wallets" and some files. Delete everything EXCEPT for the "wallets" folder.

Think I got it. It appears to be syncing now. Only 330 days to go :)
