Grab 9.3c
https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-0.x/releases

Download blockchain above.

Import your wallet from 9.2

Then use the Desktop instructions here to export your wallet from Console in 9.3c ...

It needs to be kept up for at least a week so people can sync and restore their wallets. Private keys are harder to import otherwise and there will be a lot of problems.

Another problem is, if there are too many private keys. It takes a very long time to import lots of private keys, but the wallet functions to regenerate private keys might be causing that.

So far the launch in some ways is decent but the UX isn't good. UX seems to be everything as we've seen with Apple. Focus should be on improving UX, implementing new features which just work, better interface, with skins so it's not always dark looking. Accessibility so people who have poor vision can change the contrast or size of font.

Finally it needs to be able to work well on tablets which is what most people will be using.
