Title: Cooperative Proof of Stake (CPoS) Designer today in Mumble
Post by: fuzzy on May 24, 2014, 12:10:34 pm
This is an invitation to come to the Mumble Server to ask questions to both Dan and Stephen.

Stephen L Reed will be participating in the mumble session. He recently wrote a white paper on Cooperative Proof of Stake (CPoS), which shares many of the core principles behind Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS). From what I know Stephen is the founder of a startup creating AI but I am assuming his focus has changed as he is proposing to implement his new CPoS system by 2016.

You can find his white paper here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1C4m-MFnxw0JjDorzrKs_IRQRqD9ila79o0IDt6KsbcE/edit?pli=1
Here is a relevant thread on BTT: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=584719.0;topicseen

I have to congratulate you guys on doing a good job of getting these big players to come and talk. Beyond Bitcoin is becoming what I had hoped the main publicity effort would become. I think it won't be hard to convince Stan to send some marketing funds your way if you keep this up.

+5 I think it is perfectly justifiable to give fuz back the costs he had! And a tip for doing a great job :)
