Title: How can I withdraw USDT or bitUSD to my USDT outer wallet?

Hi,

Currently, I have some assets in the Bitshares, and I want to withdraw to my outer wallet.  How can I achieve the withdraw?  It seems that the openledger's withdraw service is down.

If OL's tether withdrawals are down you could buy BTS, transfer it to Binance (or others) and withdraw your tethers from there.

As a side note I would recommend you to never ever touch tethers in your life
