Technical Support / Re: Voting section empty

My system clock isn't synced with the time the bitshares network assumes. Might that be the problem?
Would be.
There seem to be a few option and I am not clear about the distinction between hardware clock and system time. Do you know what spec. command would be required?

Did you click a tab within it?  Recently when I opened the voting section of an account I noticed that it didn't open any particular section by default, which could make it look like something went wrong.
Can you rephrase what you meant here.
I simply clicked on the voting section/tab on the left and nothing shows up

English was set as the default language and I kept it that way.

The voting tab in my light client is simply empty. I refreshed and restarted a few times which didn't help.
Any idea?

For the mumble Hangout:

2. Will it be possible to migrate anonymously? I.E. as Titan won't be there in Bitshares 2.0 will the migrated account be known as ACOUNTNAME-XY (jannnic) so that everyone could see how many funds I have just trough migrating?

This should help ...

4:26: bytemaster : We will recommend for ease of migration users transfer all funds to themselves for each asset.

Thanks!
Does this mean that if I transfer all my funds to another account (for example from "jannnic" to "random-string") in the old Bitshares chain, that then everything that is publicly visible after importing funds in the new chain is that xy BTS is owned by "random-string"?

Guys, the OP has enthusiastically shown support for BitShares.  Can we welcome him properly and not beat him down with trivial arguments over semantics??

This is really a nice coin you made there! I thought that Worldcoin would take over for quite a while but this looks much better now. Fuck worldcoin I go with this now!

I have to say though that that BitUSD subproject concerns me a bit. I am with Ron Paul when it comes to the FED. But Bitshares all the way!

How anonymous am I, meaning: are there conditions under which someone could know how much funds the my bts account has? Does that have to do with how I vote?
