Title: too expensive for the transfer fee

BTS is a new system for the world.
we need more users
but now we spent such a high fee
from 0.1BTS -> 20 BTS
can't understand

for version 2.0, we need enough test for the stable.
users need to test with small fund
but  20 BTS fee stop them

The 20 bts transction fee is too high. I think we should lower the fee, and add tradeorder fee to makeup

we fear attack 
 we set high fees 
we lose new users

how to find the balance price?

Transfer fees should be a competitive, fixed amount and trading fees should be a percentage.
