Technical Support / Re: Cloud Wallet Login - Incorrect password
« on: November 07, 2017, 01:14:27 am »
Couple things

You saved the password when you created the account.   Make sure there is no whitespace at end of password when copying and pasting.

Did you create a backup of wallet when you transferred bts?  I hope you did.......If above does not work you will have to restore your backup, but you will need the password to unencrypt.

Fav mentions one way and that is to click Send Tab in top left and you can send your BTS to another wallet.  Or you can buy open-BTC with your BTS  and then send to a BTC wallet

I tried importing my muse_default.bin  into web wallet and get "invalid  wallet format" error . I have all my muse in the muse  light wallet. Can I leave it there and import to new blockchain later?

Nevermind, I was importing in wrong place. All Muse moved to web wallet now :-)

General Discussion / Paying Employeess In Nigeria With Bitshares
« on: June 26, 2017, 03:01:16 pm »
Hi

I have an employee in Nigeria that I would like to pay with Bitshares.  His question is how does he convert the BitUSD  or Bitshares to cash in Nigeria?  Is there an off ramp there? or a person who can meet locally and pay cash for Bitshares, BitBTC or BitUSD?

Some of the most used websites in the world use the KISS method for a reason,  it works.

Google, Facebook, Youtube, Yahoo, Wikipedia and Amazon all in the top ten traffic sites on  http://www.alexa.com/topsites.

I find the site quite quite busy, needs to be easier to navigate and all text should be on white background

Bter recovery is one of the good news stories for the Crypto space in 2015, but Coindesk does not think its worthy to write an article?  Guess hacks, BTC auctions and VC financing make better news.

We're still trying to actually get withdrawals through. Once we have our gold and bitUSD out we will do a full calculation of losses and liabilities. Right now it looks as if about 30% of all CFSGOLD and CFSUSD funds have been turned into bter BTC IOU's that cannot be withdrawn from bter but supposedly will become real BTC over time through income from trading fees. We then have to figure out a way we can allow people to withdraw both their bitgold/bitusd and their portion of the IOU, something that can't yet be done with UIA's.

Any further update?
And could you please comment on why there is no longer any bids on the CFSUSDA market?

Well done,  like to see the ever expanding community that the Bitshares ecosystem is building.

One small criticism, could you have all links in newsletter open in new tabs?

Great job on the newsletter.    +5%
