我有个比较白痴的问题哎，既然公会这个群体都要去新链发展新的bts方向了，那么还要把持着原链的票权干什么？🙂现在你们应该做的不应该是撤票所有理事会，见证人，提案吗？

分叉币NBS的领取攻略和常见问答

新比特股NBS  昨天

众所周知，比特股BTS将于香港时间2020年9月10日21：55执行分叉，分叉出的新币命名NBS，英文全称NewBitshares，中文名称新比特股。
 
根据《BTS中国公会关于分叉新链NBS的公告》的分配细则说明，获取分叉糖果的方法有以下两种：
 
1.把bts放入内盘（包括手机客户端鼓鼓钱包、bts++、gdex等），并将账户的投票权代理给公会的帐号cn-vote。请注意：没有代理给公会的账户不在本次空投之列！鼓鼓钱包、bts++、gdex等APP应用均可非常简单方便地设置投票代理。
 
2.将bts放在支持空投领取的交易所。注意：分叉执行前，公告支持空投并支持上线NBS交易对的交易所账户将获得1:1空投。分叉执行前，对于仅表态支持空投(糖果)的交易所账户，按照10:1比例空投。截至本文发稿之时，已有以下几家交易所公告支持领取空投：Aex、ZB（ZB的公告表示将支持此次分叉代币领取，但是没有明确是否开通NBS的交易对，需进一步关注后续是否有补充公告）、BigONE、ZBG、MXC、GX.com。分叉之前可能还有其他平台支持，请密切关注。
 
3、在比特股内盘购买公会积分CNVOTE，平台将以CNVOTE:NBS为4：1的比例兑换NBS，且永久均能有效兑换。
 
以下为常见问题的解答：
Q：是不是把币放在内盘一定能免费领取空投？
A：不是的，必须将账户的投票权代理给公会的帐号cn-vote。
 
Q：内盘抵押的币是否可以领取空投？
A：可以，内盘的币不管是否抵押，只要将账户的投票权代理给公会的帐号cn-vote，均可以1:1获取空投。
 
Q：在AEX抵押的币能否获取空投？
A：不能。在AEX抵押的bts没法获取空投。
 
Q：如果我的BTS在不支持空投的交易所怎么办？
A：可以将币提到支持的交易所，或者提到内盘（需要有内盘帐号，目前bts++和鼓鼓钱包均可以注册内盘帐号）。

众所周知，在BTS4.0版本升级中，个别开发人员在社区不知情的情况下，私自篡改投票系统，造成极其恶劣的影响。我们认为，这种行为践踏了BTS区块链的信任基础、撕裂了社区团结、动摇了投资者的持币信心。如果不立即纠正，BTS在区块链世界中将再无信用可言。

为此，公会开发了4.0版本补丁程序，该补丁程序目的是将投票系统恢复成4.0版本之前的状态，以消除不良影响。该补丁仅修复了未经社区投票私自增加的变更，不影响4.0版本其他功能的正常使用。

我们呼吁所有见证人安装该补丁。见证人安装该补丁文件后，该补丁文件将在北京时间2020年8月20日21：55分自动生效。

请所有见证人（包括非活跃见证人）在北京时间2020年8月15日24:00分之前在本帖下回复补丁安装情况。从北京时间2020年8月16日开始，我们将对没有回复安装补丁文件的见证人撤票，并投票给已经安装补丁文件的见证人。若支持安装补丁文件的见证人数量不足，公会将启用公会备用见证人，将见证人数量补足。

其他所有个人节点、交易所节点、重钱包也应当在20日之后安装此补丁，以免影响使用。

Cn-vote's statement on version 4.0 Upgrade -- to all witnesses

As we all know, in the bts4.0 version upgrade, individual developers tamper with the voting system without the knowledge of the community, causing extremely bad impact. We believe that this behavior has trampled on the trust foundation of BTS blockchain, torn community unity and shaken investors' confidence in currency holding. If not corrected immediately, BTS will no longer have credibility in the blockchain world.

To this end, CN vote developed a 4.0 patch, which aims to restore the voting system to the state before version 4.0 to eliminate adverse effects.This patch only fixes the changes that are added without community voting, and does not affect the normal use of other functions of version 4.0.

We call on all witnesses to install the patch. After the witness installs the patch, the patch will automatically take effect at 21:55, August 20, 2020（Beijing time）.

All witnesses (including inactive witnesses) are requested to reply to the patch installation under this post before 24:00 Beijing time on August 15, 2020. Starting from August 16, 2020, Beijing time, we will withdraw votes for witnesses who have not responded to the installation of patch files and vote for witnesses who have installed patch files. If the number of witnesses supporting the installation of patch files is insufficient, CN vote will enable the standby witness to supplement the number of witnesses.

The cn-vote will continue to be committed to maintaining the credit, fairness and justice of BTS blockchain system. We support all legal and beneficial system upgrades.

• from my understanding of the code it does not remove most of the controversial behaviours like non voting rights for bts in collateral or in orders;
• the fork not properly prepared is not good for Bitshares as it is untested, feeds are not ready, exchanges and gateway supports are not properly defined, liquidity will be reduced.

The patch is not a straight reversal of the voting system, it is something else and it looks less stringent to me than what abit did.

另外提一句：巨蟹先生作为一个比特股早期的布道者与砥砺发展引导者，本人是十分敬重的，但这次abit私加代码的恶劣事件，巨蟹居然毫不在意，甚至还有点喜不自禁的表态（即比特股社区持久以来形成的共识被破坏的严重事实），本人表示极度失望与愤懑，这与犯人不经审判即可执行枪决有啥两样？？ 一个没底线的组织或项目能有光明的未来？？任何入资资金一旦评估BTS，发现比特股竟是如此毫无规矩底线治理模式的区块链项目，还敢于入场投资？更别扯进来搞战略投资了 ！！您可以选择束手无策，但别选赞同作恶 。

对与错，资金自己有自己的判断与评估，而不是靠你的臆想判断，但是资金肯定不会去投资一个抵押票权可以无限膨胀的链。

不要把所谓公会的共识往社区共识头上套, 另外不清楚你们内部共识达成一致了吗？

见证人有自己的判断能力，而不是被一个虚假票权票仓威胁。

再者，别谈bitAsset的权益以及“票权”，bitAsset的权益的公会似乎从来没有考虑过，bitAsset“票权”，我拿着毛爷爷是不是可以去管理一下中石油呢？！

我看公会也只不过是，想要保留锁仓，而不想去除抵押票权罢了，让锁仓的给抵押减少流动性，然后抵押票权还能膨胀的比锁仓票权还要高，一个原地杠杆就能轻松2倍抵押票权，然后在势头不对得时候还能快速跑路，把风险转嫁给锁仓者，你们的算盘打的挺好嘛……

Trust in the BTS blockchain was already trampled when devs were defunded, BSIPs rejected, bitassets DEFRAUDED and CEX stake abused by cn-vote cartel.

Community unity again was eroded by anti-west rhetoric.

To create forks smoothly, it's recommended that witnesses run both versions on different servers with different keys, and switch keys after the fork time, to be able to produce on both forks.

I do not like changes against consensus but consensus was broken / corrupted so I think Abit actually did what needed to be done.

I don't like the 'stake to increase vote' really but overall the changes are much healthier than the old system.

I guess if cn-vote want to apply a patch and some witnesses accept it probably it will end up being a fork? Nobody sane and not indebted thinks collateral voting is a good idea and has caused anything other than corruption so maybe the two groups are better going their own way.

总体来讲，我们认为abit做的几项投票系统的更改对BTS的影响是正面的，而且是通过投票的途径很难达成的，为BTS的未来考虑，与其为了政治正确回归旧世界，不如顺势开拓新世界。

以往的实践也充分证明，抵押的BTS对应的票权在bitAssets相关的投票中保持中立是极难的，这些票权只会以抵押债仓的利益最大化为出发点，很难期望他们为系统的整体优化做出哪怕一点点牺牲。从BTS的整体和未来考虑，取消抵押BTS的票权不坏。

abit偷改投票系统，是应该得到处罚的，并且以后要避免类似情况发生。
按理来说：工会打补丁屏蔽私自变更部分， 操作上是没有问题，合理合法。

但是有时候太过去中心化不见得是一件好事，靠一群韭菜或自私自利或无能力的人来治理..只能把BTS玩死。 必须要有有能力 有担当的决策团队才行。

先说说工会那几个核心人士，感觉有的认知都有问题，还喂价要越锁越高？你凑什么闹热。老老实实监督就行,韭菜也要少缴智商税，自己要有主见，别被忽悠,骗了。亏也要凭自己的实力去亏。
再说abit 能不能有一点担当?偷偷改了 就不吱声了？

个人认为修改后的投票系统比原来的更加合理， 有疑问的是高倍数票权,(最高32倍？) 和 一票多投（见证人）。要等时间来检验.

工会是有存在的必要的  但是不是让你手中的票来决策 来治理，更多的是让你来监督。

what an excuse when an irresponsible admin upgrades his own node without his own knowledge about what he's writing there, I wouldn't trust or vote such an irresponsible admins.

Abit have been trusted by witnesses who would never asume he would be able to do something like that myself included.
Another person to blame is the core prelude manager Digital Lucifer who had knowledge about it before witnesses had patched their nodes but kept silent about it as he "loved" the trojan horse in the patch

The foundation wasn't there.

He means the basics of bitshares (foundation) which i completly agree with.
The foundation itsself which was representing bitshares for a longer time would not agree on something like that too when reading old comments of some of their members.

BTS now is having more credibility because corruption and loopholes in voting system are patched.

Changing from one issue to another is no solution.Also personly i see the issue accuring with the protocol break longterm way bigger than to find consensus with cn-vote.

公会关于4.0版本升级的声明——致所有见证人

众所周知，在BTS4.0版本升级中，个别开发人员在社区不知情的情况下，私自篡改投票系统，造成极其恶劣的影响。我们认为，这种行为践踏了BTS区块链的信任基础、撕裂了社区团结、动摇了投资者的持币信心。如果不立即纠正，BTS在区块链世界中将再无信用可言。

为此，公会开发了4.0版本补丁程序，该补丁程序目的是将投票系统恢复成4.0版本之前的状态，以消除不良影响。该补丁仅修复了未经社区投票私自增加的变更，不影响4.0版本其他功能的正常使用。

我们呼吁所有见证人安装该补丁。见证人安装该补丁文件后，该补丁文件将在北京时间2020年8月20日21：55分自动生效。

请所有见证人（包括非活跃见证人）在北京时间2020年8月15日24:00分之前在本帖下回复补丁安装情况。从北京时间2020年8月16日开始，我们将对没有回复安装补丁文件的见证人撤票，并投票给已经安装补丁文件的见证人。若支持安装补丁文件的见证人数量不足，公会将启用公会备用见证人，将见证人数量补足。

If not corrected immediately, BTS will no longer have credibility in the blockchain world.

To this end, CN vote developed a 4.0 patch, which aims to restore the voting system to the state before version 4.0 to eliminate adverse effects.This patch only fixes the changes that are added without community voting, and does not affect the normal use of other functions of version 4.0.

We call on all witnesses to install the patch. After the witness installs the patch, the patch will automatically take effect at 21:55, August 20, 2020（Beijing time）.

All witnesses (including inactive witnesses) are requested to reply to the patch installation under this post before 24:00 Beijing time on August 15, 2020. Starting from August 16, 2020, Beijing time, we will withdraw votes for witnesses who have not responded to the installation of patch files and vote for witnesses who have installed patch files. If the number of witnesses supporting the installation of patch files is insufficient, CN vote will enable the standby witness to supplement the number of witnesses.

what an excuse when an irresponsible admin upgrades his own node without his own knowledge about what he's writing there, I wouldn't trust or vote such an irresponsible admins.

The foundation wasn't there.

3) You said "BTS will no longer have credibility in the blockchain world"

BTS now is having more credibility because corruption and loopholes in voting system are patched.

 I doubt your patch would work, if by any chance it works and your code was applied, I believe you wouldn't be able to handle the core development because everybody is aware of your poor technical skills, you might be good investors; I doubt because you couldn't bring a single development to the blockchain, non of you is well matured technical nor a businessman.

5) You said "This patch only fixes the changes that are added without community voting"

lets see how many BP admins are going to apply the patch with the same exact mistake of not having the knowledge of what they're doing.

6) You said "We call on all witnesses to install the patch"

I say I call all witnesses not to install this patch, we're done with corruption of voting power system and we don't wanna go back, you go back alone.

7) You said "We support all legal and beneficial system upgrades."

I say you could not benefit the system by any mean ever, it's obvious, since your first day until now you were silent about issues of voting and worker system and we haven't seen your development workers nor technicals anywhere.

给公会一个建议哦，这两天让公会成员疯狂贴线上杠杆迅速扩充票权，反正锁着喂价没有什么风险，这样成为内盘一霸指日可待哦。

那这个链就叫cn-vote chain 吧，反正就是没有可信第三方多人审计的一颗大雷代码库，也算是cn-vote独立出来成单链自己审计自己。

谈信用，cn-vote似乎也没多少信用吧

很期待一个纯国产bts是个什么样子呢

话说，分叉有没有糖果分？比较关心这个，是不是要分等份的CNVOTE给我们？

另外，

第一: 公会所谓的这种团结，规则一类的说辞怕是说出来自己都不信，强行用未经社区投票激活的BAIP-THReshold做投票通过标准，并暗箱操作换票的时候哪个时候怎么闭口不谈团结规则一类的东西？是不是没有触犯到你们利益就可以装聋作哑不吭气？绕过WPS然后通过自己操控的理事会来肆意花费社区资金的时候你们又怎么不吭气了呢？理事会账户外流资金那么多，最终进了谁的腰包呢？！

第二: 公开贿选，先谈目前三位给公会上贡的见证人，这么赤裸裸的贿选行为居然被你们解释的头头是道，这个时候的什么团结，底线，规则一类的都抛之脑后了吧？这是他娘的DPOS，见证人一票多投，不是什么POW, 一份哈希只能代表一份权力，一票多投的公开贿选代表着什么？就是一群老鼠窝，再谈与BEOS的PY交易互相支持见证人与理事，这也是贿选的形式呢？这个时候的底线与操守去哪了呢？

第三: 抵押票权: 在黑天鹅保护与锁定喂价之下摄取大量的虚假票权的时候怎么不谈什么所谓的公平，团结与信用呢？就算是按照锁定喂价计算，所谓的公会实际的票权能有几何，自己心里没点数吗？！锁喂价坑害抵押的最终服务的对象锚定资产持有者的时候，怎么不谈团结与信用呢？就因为你们掌握了大量虚假票权与话语权？当随着价格上涨，指数膨胀的抵押票权出现后，怕是所有见证人与只持有bts的持有者想哭都哭不出来，这个时候这个由赌徒组成的群体靠着决定性的抵押投票权，可以毫无底线的肆意妄为，即使现在，这群赖账群体不也是高喊锁喂价无限正义吗？！

公会一个持仓8，9百万的账户，就算是按照锁定喂价来折算，实际算出来的估值怕是连一半都不到，何况是按照实际价格估值，这个时候怎么不吭气作声了呢？哦，这个时候你们谈团结，谈规则，谈共识，想想也比较滑稽。

虽然我对同锁仓获得倍数票权有异议，但是抵押票权与挂单票权必须去除，不然bts将来必然被抵押票权拖死，像这种利用抵押票权的优势尤其是锁定喂价下去威胁见证人体系早已经不是第一次，也不会是最后一次，与一群赌徒共舞谋利，谈团结，谈规则，谈程序正义，谈未来，那是痴心妄想，败亡是定局！

还谈程序正义，bts的程序正义早就被你们践踏烂了，戳到某些人屁股了，这个时候跳出来装卫道士了！

    一个抵押杠杆者不断从银行抵押借贷资金上杠杆，当抵押品价格一旦下跌，这些抵押者第一时间想到的不是马上还款来缓解银行及自己的债务危机，而是想办法如何让这个借贷系统瘫痪，因为这样才能符合他们最大的利益，而且一旦抵押者拥有了操控借贷系统的能力，这种想法会变得无比强烈并会立即付诸行动。

    有些BTS元老莫要天天傻乎乎的讲抵押者是最关心BTS发展的，这种歪理怕是连你们自己也不信，什么？！连你自己都信了，真是可悲！一个赌客还会在于赌场的死活？赢得时候开开心心，输得时候怕不是要把赌场给掀了！

我大概算了算见证人，新增备选三个，正在出块三个，公会多签理事一个，票仓代理四个，关系密切2个，13个利益关系的见证人体系，简直豪华阵容，厉害厉害！

公会关于4.0版本升级的声明——致所有见证人

众所周知，在BTS4.0版本升级中，个别开发人员在社区不知情的情况下，私自篡改投票系统，造成极其恶劣的影响。我们认为，这种行为践踏了BTS区块链的信任基础、撕裂了社区团结、动摇了投资者的持币信心。如果不立即纠正，BTS在区块链世界中将再无信用可言。

为此，公会开发了4.0版本补丁程序，该补丁程序目的是将投票系统恢复成4.0版本之前的状态，以消除不良影响。该补丁仅修复了未经社区投票私自增加的变更，不影响4.0版本其他功能的正常使用。

我们呼吁所有见证人安装该补丁。见证人安装该补丁文件后，该补丁文件将在北京时间2020年8月20日21：55分自动生效。

请所有见证人（包括非活跃见证人）在北京时间2020年8月15日24:00分之前在本帖下回复补丁安装情况。从北京时间2020年8月16日开始，我们将对没有回复安装补丁文件的见证人撤票，并投票给已经安装补丁文件的见证人。若支持安装补丁文件的见证人数量不足，公会将启用公会备用见证人，将见证人数量补足。

其他所有个人节点、交易所节点、重钱包也应当在20日之后安装此补丁，以免影响使用。

Cn-vote's statement on version 4.0 Upgrade -- to all witnesses

As we all know, in the bts4.0 version upgrade, individual developers tamper with the voting system without the knowledge of the community, causing extremely bad impact. We believe that this behavior has trampled on the trust foundation of BTS blockchain, torn community unity and shaken investors' confidence in currency holding. If not corrected immediately, BTS will no longer have credibility in the blockchain world.

To this end, CN vote developed a 4.0 patch, which aims to restore the voting system to the state before version 4.0 to eliminate adverse effects.This patch only fixes the changes that are added without community voting, and does not affect the normal use of other functions of version 4.0.

We call on all witnesses to install the patch. After the witness installs the patch, the patch will automatically take effect at 21:55, August 20, 2020（Beijing time）.

All witnesses (including inactive witnesses) are requested to reply to the patch installation under this post before 24:00 Beijing time on August 15, 2020. Starting from August 16, 2020, Beijing time, we will withdraw votes for witnesses who have not responded to the installation of patch files and vote for witnesses who have installed patch files. If the number of witnesses supporting the installation of patch files is insufficient, CN vote will enable the standby witness to supplement the number of witnesses.
