Who could I talk to about volunteering to help with development?

I am a software engineer with over 15 years experience - Java, Pyton, .Net, Ruby, some PHP, SQL, and Web Development.

I have a few ideas for some simple addtions to the website and have played with some code from other coins, wallets and exchanges - so would be interested in learning more about volunteering to help with MMC if possible.

I think the best development work is done by people who are interested in the work they are doing, and even better is if they are working on their own ideas. You don't need permission or direction . . . just choose whatever is interesting to you and start making something. If its useful, people will use it and if it's good you might get some tips . . . if it's really good people might suggest that you take on one of the CxO roles.

As I announced in my interview with Katy Couric, because my shareholding is relatively large compared to voter participation, I've been abstaining from voting, leaving the community to decide the elections of the officers.

It seems that we have a low voting participation rate such that it is difficult to even replace a CNO who has announced that he is stepping down. Many shareholders are keeping their funds on Bter and so cannot vote, and others are passive, not voting. I think active shareholders are important to the success of the coin, and I'm well placed to make informed choices.

Should I be voting, and should I stay on as CEO if I am?

I favour open-sourcing it. It can then be adapted for use for other alts - the more open source stuff that comes out of MemoryCoin efforts, the more we'll be taken seriously by the wider altcoin community.

Mtgox lies a lot.

If they are asking for unreasonable docs, it's a delaying tactic.

My advice with mtgox - cut your losses.

I think MtGox might have been having severe difficulties - I heard they weren't able to provide BTC to customers any more.
