Grow more Super Consumer for Bitshares
We always deem ourselves as “hard-core fans of Bitshares” , but there are actually terms in marketing called Super Consumer . Essentially , Bitshares is a product that needs consumer(esp. BitUSD) .  ADs, social media events , we can do all that ourselves , or just hire some temp to do it , of course . But will that last long ? I doubt it .

But take a step back for a second , imagine our role to the Bitshares eco-system , think about how amazing would that be if there are more people like us , help promote Bitshares with the same passion and devotion as us . Well , this is exactly what Super Consumer is all about  . They’ll use the product , help improve the product , promote the product , and eventually believe in the product . Is that hard to believe ? Look ourselves in the mirror again !

Grow more Super Consumer , let them do the marketing for you and with you , that’s the best and long lasting marketing effort ever . Don’t waste any chance you got when you see someone with even the slightest potential of becoming a Super Consumer for the Bitshares eco-system .

In order to do that , there should be several steps .
1、Identify . Use our group as an example to identify the special markers in our character that brought us together in the first place . Perform a quick and painless psych profile within the group . (will be conducted by wildpig) .

2、Locate . With a secret weapon project that it’s not ready to release to the public at this time , we can swiftly locate those individuals with the marker we’re looking for and grab their attention .

3、Cultivate . Secret weapon also .....

4、Multiple . Loop him/her in this program , multiple the effort that got him/her in the first place .

5、Evaluate. Review the effort and results . Make adjustment base on that .

Delegate proposal : Chinese Community Service Group (market.cn.group101)


Long story short for those who don't have time to read :
15 core members(initiators)  of the Chinese Bitshares community is setting up a service group to serve and promote Bitshares .
They will use the delegate income to hire personnel and pay for the expense of this service group .
You're not voting to pay for them , you're paying for the personnel they're planing to hire (the plan is to hire more than 15 people , initiators can be the personnel too if he/she can do a better job than anyone else in the open market  ) .

What salary will we pay ourselves for this delegate positions ?

Generally speaking , nothing , except for the ones who are in charge of server maintenance  or participate in a job slot in the service group . Nearly all of the delegate income goes to the operation of the "service group" to hire personnel for specific positions  . We, as the initiators , will not take a cut from the delegate income unless some of us fit the job description and perform well like everybody else that this group is hiring .

Server maintenance : 3% goes to HeyD and Michaelcat .

The duties of the initiators :
Make rules , consensus and directions for the service group , hire and examine the performance of the personnels, oversight for the work and financial statement made by the service group . (initiators will get zero income from these duties )

The duties of the service group and its personnel :
We're releasing positions for educational resources , promotion , delegates oversight , meetups and social media presence , technical services , accountant and etc . We estimate that this group will hire 15 or more personnel to a grass root promotion movement . This is also where the delegate income would go to .

The plan for the first month : Hire the first batch of personnel to perform first stage of social media promotion , and newbie training program .

The delegate income
goes to personnel , server cost , operational material , assignment contracts .
The income will be held by serious accountant and a financial statement will be release to public regularly .

Present and future Business Plan :
We've issued an asset and raised 0.2 million BTS to pay for the registration fee and the personnel cost before the income can be produced .
We would put up Ads on our sites .
We would attract sponsor for events .
We would produce souvenir and sell it .
More plan will be released in the future .
