Title: 0 Confirmation Transaction, Seems to be stuck

I sent a 0 confirmation transaction. Apparently my wallet wasn't updated/glitched, so I restarted it and it downloaded like 15 hours of data. I sent another transaction that has gotten 10+ confirmations while the old one remains at 0. I think it's stuck...

How do I fix this?

I've already restarted my wallet multiple times, and I have 8~ active connections right now. Both transactions have fees attached to them as well.
