Title: Russia's cryptocurrency ban has been LIFTED, let's hit'm now!

The best time to market us to Russian speakers is right now. They just lifted the ban on cryptocurrencies (cryptocoinsnews.com/russias-bitcoin-website-ban-overturned-russian-court/) so let's get our BitShares 101 videos to them ASAP.
 
There's over 100 Million Russians with internet access, and crypto is on their mind NOW so let's hit'm with it!

they just lifted blocks on certain bitcoin websites. stop hyping please and post in the correct category

Is there a guide somewhere as to what should go in each category?
I may have put this in 'general discussion' if I were posting it (or possibly marketing?), because it doesn't exactly seem like a random topic to me.
I'd have been rather disheartened with a curt reply, too...

Russia is a big market for sure and accounts for 25% of blockchain.info visitors :) http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/blockchain.info

Surprised this discussion on probably the largest potential market outside of China is in random discussion.
