Title: What about gateways? Are they working at all?

There is a separate section in wallet called "Deposit/Withdraw"... but right now nothing is working there:

I cannot generate any address... and I don't see any reason why there is an empty section CCEDK.

And... what about site http://blocktrades.us/ ? Is also seems not working.

Release of Bitshares 2.0 is huge disappointment for me  :'(

More info about this welcomed, also whether there are plans to add EUR/BitEUR | USD/BitUSD | CNY/BitCNY (through CCEDK?), and if yes, when.
