whose referral link is this?
https://www.digitalocean.com/?refcode=b42d05f9603c
why is it on the protoshares.com everywhere DO is mentioned?

bter, cryptsy, btc38 all have referral program, you may join all and post links on protoshares.com, but is this professional??
Mine. I believe in working smart not hard. That pays for servers, advertising, and my writers.
Hey perhaps I could make the Protoshares.com website into a mini-DAC with dividends based on revenue!

First of all there is an issue that I have observed.  The fix requires providing a new binary with free trades churn arg.  As I do not have time nor a windows machine to produce the binaries and our other devs are busy it is easily worth $1000 to save our time.

I'd like to point out that I feel this is not in the spirit of the bounty, the bounty is for a fix for synchronization time. That i completed on my second try. FreeTrade then mentioned that he has a util "churn" and you asked that it be added, which i did, but that was already past the "fix" as you did not mention the need for windows or osx in the OP. All further work such as providing binaries and other patches is separate and was done on request, it is up to you whether you wish to pay for it but i feel the terms of this bounty have been met.

Totally agree, most of the work we did was for stuff tacked on as the thread evolved.

As for windows build, it is not part of the bounty but i will try to get the dependencies nw that i have a windows machine and try my hand at it. Which version of boost is necessary by the way?

Check out doc/build-msw.md
I worked on formatting those Bitcoin docs at some point. I can tell you most of that content is probably incorrect or out of date.

I'll work on a concept design that includes several engagement techniques and aims to offer the highest possible user experience.

If someone is interested in working together, shoot me a message.

Updated my original post.

Harder Bounties:

https://github.com/super3/Invictus/issues/2

Are those personal bounties? Will you pay them even if you lose?
The sub-bounties are all conditional on it being the winning design. Will be paid in PTS, just giving approximates for now. I could possible cover sub-bounties in the future, but don't want to start paying out now while this is still "pending."

1) Static Content or Basic PHP to manage headers/footers/language translation is preferred to systems dependent upon databases.  The site should load quickly and the content should be easily updated and versioned with github.  To test/deploy the site should be as simple as a git pull into the document root of a PHP enabled server.

Does this mean you don't want a web application. No javascript. No Bootstrap. Do you want a fixed width site with just html and css?
He means that it should be simple as possible. Javascript and Bootstrap is fine, just shouldn't probably rely on a database.

Will respond to that in a second. Could you post a transparent version of the Bitshares logo then?

Also need a contact email, and perhaps phone number for Invictus.

Could I get a copy of the Angleshares logo with a transparent background?

Please do not use the angel shares logo... it is a place holder.
I believe that for all bounties participants should be able to request sub-bounties and/or direct expense funds.

For example, a new and professional angelshares logo is needed. It will be necessary for the completion of any website bounty entry, but falls outside of the scope of the original bounty. Furthermore it will be used in many publications and writings outside of the website, and all bounty participants will require the use of it.

Sub-bounties should be simply be proposed in the original bounty topic. There they will be approved or rejected by Invictus, usually based on input from the original bounty participants. I'll propose a sub-bounty for the angelshares logo in my next post.

Update:
You may view the progress of this submission here: http://invictus.io/
Current screenshot below. As you can see there are some gaps that need to be taken care of, and the charts are currently missing.

Specs and code here:

Although I've done a bunch of the legwork, there is no way I can get this done alone.

General Discussion / Re: Announcing Angel Shares & BitShares Allocation
« on: December 27, 2013, 05:58:27 am »
So it might just be better to dollar cost average the total amount you want to invest? Say I have $10,000. I spend half on bitcoins, half on pts then send in 1/200th bitcoin and pts in each day. Or is it better to send the entire amount in at once at go for the highest proportion sent in for that day.

I would suggest Invictus offers a service (for a small fee) to investors who would like to hand off a large amount of investment funds without having to try and micromanage daily investments.   Bytemaster, do you have any plans for how to address this issue?   If I for example wanted to invest 1000 PTS in angelshares, how could I efficiently do that without having to pay attention all the time to the address?  Seems like this is a method intended to service larger investors and yet it requires more hands-on management than Protoshares ever did.
That should be clearly stated because it would undermine the whole process if we did that.

We will not recycle funds through the address.

We need to find a way to address people we pay bounties to to reinvest without invictus being blamed.

I believe something like this is in the roadmap. At the start we will probably do this for large investors, but in the future we will have a open-source automated tool for this.
