Title: Question about settlement function

I just tried to test the settlement function of USD to see if i can get the BTS properly or not.

What happened was that I paid the settlement fee of 200BTS, which was deducted from my BTS balance, but I did not receive the BTS for settling my USD. What is going on?

Force settlement happens 24hr later.

I will check my BTS balance 24 hours later
