For what it's worth, I support the devs fully. From my time here, they have proven to be extremely dedicated and trustworthy. They are so clearly motivated by more than just money; their mission is to make a mark on human history.
Crazy stuff. We're talking about the top three delegates here by the way, (the .coin delegates), that have far more votes than any other delegates. If he's really so bad how did he manage to get that many votes? bts.coin has almost 100 million more votes than the next "non-sfinder" delegate.
We are talking about some serious accusations here. And these accusations are coming from a 'newbie' account. Are the accusations based on concrete evidence or are they derived from hearsay? Is this part of an effort to protect the bitshare ecosystem from a rogue delegate(s) or is this part of a smear campaign (eg by a group of 'opposing delegates' or people with personal grudge against the named person). Like what svk has pointed out, it is crazy to think someone of that nature (if proven) has a hold on the delegates at top few positions. Where do all the hundred of millions of votes come from? What has sfinder said or done? What is his side of the story?

1/ whether Sfinder is linked to the guys spreading FUD on BTC38 or not, it is a critical issue. Unfortunately, we have proof showing that Sfinder posted same message on this forum and on BTC38, BTW, chatting history in QQ group shows that he admitted himself.
And I think it's really not good to spent too many time in this thing at this time, please end it fast.

A new blockchain "DevShares" will be used for testing the upgrade of BTS and future hard forks as well as experimental features and economic experiments. This blockchain will be a 40/40/20 snapshot AGS/PTS/X taken on November 5th. DevShares will not be considered a "safe store of value" but non-the-less will have value for those wishing to test their smart contracts or BTS integration on a low-value chain. Details on DevShares will be provided over the coming month.
If every short has to be covered before the "airdrop" .. would result in the need for ALL bitUSD to be destroyed .. effectively killing the market ..So the shorts need not be covered, sure? It is very important!@Bytemaster, Are you guys just going to hardfork the current BTSX blockchain or launch a brand new BTS genesis blockchain off the snapshot essentially leaving all BTSX worthless after the snapshot?
for BTSX users there will just be a client update .. renaming BTSX to BTS .. all trades .. all bitUSD will just continue to be there .. no major change ..
it's not really a hard "fork" .. more a hard "upgrade"
conclusion: Having the need to cover shorts will kill bitUSD in short term .. make investors angry and people lose money ..
conclusion2: There will surely be no need to cover your short position!! (due to the "merger"/ transition to the superDAC!)
further supportive indications: BTS will be just a software update to BTSX .. nothing more!
all bitAsset balances will be preseverd .. all open orders will be preserved .. no changes will be made to the market engine (unless bugfixes)
