When opening the menu, there is no 'settings' button, only transfer, trade, account, explore

You just have to open the menu.

This is what I see:


This must be the 'mobile view' or so. You cannot see the settings button and it's almost impossible to navigate.

What I need is the wohle caboodle, so that I can navigate to wallet management and make a backup. Otherwise I have to type that into the string in the browser (which is a big turn-off and not doable without l337 skill.

It should show as a standard for all mobile devices:

Not sure what the issue is, there is no desktop or mobile version and never has been, only a responsive website. And nothing has changed in this regard recently.
I think he means the website doesn't work in Chrome in Android.
That I get, but I just checked on my phone and it works fine..

It works on my phone now anyway. Last time it didn't work for me, loading forever.

My clients who use Chrome cannot switch from desktop to mobile version although Chrome is recommended. DO SOMETHING
