I was the first in Germany bringing BitShares to refugees. Great article, maybe the sceptics who think that what I do is bullshit want to vote so we can make some money.

Not about BitShares but related to how blockchain in general might help http://cointelegraph.com/news/115299/bitnation-registers-first-refugees-on-the-blockchain

Moreover, refugees can receive a plastic Bitnation Bitcoin Visa Debit Cards (BVDC) and register it to receive donations or pay bills without going through the bureaucratic process of dealing with banks. Donations in bitcoin and several altcoins are already being accepted here.

Exactly. Who says we cannot build that kind of system with our BitShares Ecosystem too?

We need to find a way to get their money on the system. Donations from already existing Crypto Currency users is a way. The better one would be a fiat gateways in the middle east and Central Europe that take the risk of KYC and AML for immigrants.

The BitShares Community could help those people in need.

We already got a fiat On-ramp with Openledger, we got a stabile crypto currency with all its benefits and we got the nanocard to spend your crypto money on every pos system.

We just need to start building :)

With my delegate we could be there already. Big media attention. Lot's of refugees who could borrow each other money using the mobile wallet.

But bitcoin was first. This forum is full of talkers who do not think and act quick enough.

Adding: How long do you want to wait? Until the last man without a sense of marketing will say 'ah yes, I was wrong about ptswarrior, everyone vote this guy!' ?

Move your asses dear ladies and gentlemen! Vote for Chateaux, vote for martin-38ptswarrior-raum!

Damnit!
